New Chair

Hiya Daddy! Today we went to Grandpa D and Grandma MJ's house for a little pre-birthday party for Mommy! I had a lot of fun! When I got there, Grandma MJ had the backyard set up with pillows and blankets for me. It looked like a palace for a sultan! I had a lot of fun climbing around and putting grass in my mouth. Plus, the trees had branches and leaves hanging down that I got to grab on to and play with! Mommy brought the high chair back with her so I could sit outside and eat with everyone! MJ brought me a stuffed Peter Rabbit and one of the Peter Rabbit Books! She read it with me and played with me and we laughed while I chewed on the ears!Remember on the 4th of July how they had a chair made for me? Well, they both stained it in this Danish color. Apparently, it took them forever and was a fiasco! I think that makes it more special and I love it. I was playing around in my chair for a lot of the afternoon! This is when I first sat in it!Then, I made a big mess while eating and the weather was very nice. Mommy let me just wear my diaper. I really enjoyed that. I played on my chair more and climbed and crawled all around! I also got to eat big pieces of watermelon and spill and drool it ALL over my legs, body, face, the chair, and the ground. I HAD SO MUCH FUN! I miss you and can't wait to make messes with you. xoxo

Fun With Friends

Hi Daddy! Today I met Tamara's Mommy. She was out here visiting all the way from Dubai. I think she liked the cool summer we are having here. I bet it is hot where you are too. Anyway, she was so nice! We decided to go to the Getty Center and have a nice picnic outside on the grass. I was trying to eat all the leaves and the dirt! I also played with Tamara a lot and she fed me!
I enjoyed all the exhibits. Tamara was walking around with me in her arms. I loved snuggling her. When we were in the European Impressionist section I fell asleep in her arms. It was so relaxing there and she was holding me so nicely! Then, Tamara's Mommy wanted to push me in my stroller. I met a lot of people at the Museum, so many people said I was super cute! Mommy said I was very well behaved.

After that we came home to grandma's house. When we got there, Mommy was surprised to see the flowers that I sent her for her birthday! She loved them! Tamara's Mommy was so much fun. Sahe tickled me on my tummy and my knees and I laughed and laughed. I can't wait until we can play like that again. I miss you SO much! Be safe Daddy! xoxox

Shoes and Boxes

Daddy, I got new shoes today! I love them, they make me laugh. I keep staring at them and grabbing them. I think you would like them because you have similar ones. What do you think?

I went to swim class this morning and I started to use my arms in the pool! I love to swim! I was laughing a lot when I splashed the water. Today Mommy let me play with a new toy! She got a big box from the diapers and food she orders me and I made it a house! I liked to be inside it, and to grab the flaps. I had a lot of fun in that big box! I wish you were here to play with me inside it. We could make forts! But, I wiill NEVER let go of my trusty banana.
Mommies friend Beaux came over tonight too. She brought me a little lion toy.(but no cookies for you this time!) When she handed it to me I smiled and giggled. I like her a lot. She played with me and held me and even helped give me a bath! I was showing off my standing and jumping skills for her! (She said I have a cute little butt) I think she was impressed. She told us to say hello to you for her. She is getting married next June and we will hopefully be able to go. Maybe I can wear a tuxedo! HAHA! I love and miss you tons. xoxo

Bums!

Hi Daddy! Mommy was not a very good blogger this week. She forgot her camera for everything we did. So, I don't have a lot of photos for you. However, I do have photos for you of my new way of sitting in my high chair and feeding myself teething biscuits and O's. I like to lounge and turn sideways. (I also do that if Mommy ever tries to put me in the swing, I like to wiggle my way out and hang to the side)
Mommy is mad at the Dodgers lately. She has been watching and getting really mad. She says they are pathetic bums. I think the way they play lately is more painful than my teeth! So, I gave up on them today and started to play with my green ball. I like to get it between my knees and crawl around with it. Then I had fun on my music table! I miss you and love you. xoxox
