Crawler

Hi Daddy! I have had a busy last few days! Today I was too tired to go to swim class in the morning. Mommy and I are going to try the 6:30PM class. We shall see how that goes! Mommy got me a new toy from Fisher price; it’s supposed to help me cruise around. I like it so far. It has all these different balls I can put in places and they go down ramps. Plus, there is a monkey and a frog! I like to grab on to the toy and move around! This is me playing with it for the first time.

Mommy also gave me cheerios on the table for me to try to pick up. I ate a few of them, but I would rather play with them and throw them around. I get them stuck on my fingers after putting them in my mouth and I try to shake them off!

You asked if you could see me in action crawling. So, Mommy had me crawl to her! First I was playing with my horse. I laugh when it whinnies now! Plus, I like to grab the reigns while it is moving its head! Then, I came right to Mommy and grabbed the camera! I miss you and love you.

PS- The Humming bird babies have hatched and they are getting SO big! Here is a photo!

Home boys!

Hi Daddy! Today I had an exciting day. Grandma, Becky, Uncle Brendan, Sister Rose, Sister Enda, Mommy, and me went to meet Father Greg Boyle of Homeboy Industries! He signed a book for you and me, each with a message and told Mommy to tell you he was thinking of you and keeping you in his prayers. He said I was his littlest home boy. He also said a mass and we stayed for it. He gave me a blessing during the mass. I wish you were here for all of this. We miss and love you.

Oh Canada

Hi Daddy! Today I wore my Canada shirt because Doug and Mary Jean are up in Vancouver. I wanted to send them picture of me in their shirt! I also was playing with the new water table Mommy got me. She didn't put any water in it yet, but I liked it.

Today I fell and hit my nose. I cried so hard and it bled a little. Mommy was so upset and felt so bad. I am feeling much better now. I also like to use the little tubes for the teething tablets as maracas! I like to shake them and play. Stacy was rolling around with me on the floor and took me for a walk! I like her! She plays the guitar for me. I wish you were here to play the sax for me! I love and miss you.

Too Wild!

Hi Daddy! I am so wild lately that I have bumps all over my head all of the time. Mommy can't stop me! I am even climbing now. I tried to climb the chair in Grandma's living room. I almost got it, but Mommy pulled me back down. I also am totally out of control in the bathtub. Mommy tried to find me a bumper for he tub but she can't find one anywhere. She is going to have to take baths with me again so I don't crack my head open. I am also close to walking. I just let go of things when I am standing up and try to walk. Most of the time I fall flat on my face...but sometimes I land on my hands and knees!

Rachel sent me a blanket as a gift! On one side it has Marine Corps fabric and on the other Dodger fabric! I love it! Mommy does too! I miss you and wish you were here!

Man Spoon!

Hi Daddy! I have had a busy last two days. Yesterday, Uncle Brendan came home from Hawaii and he brought me a Hawaiian shirt! I am ready for our trip in December when you get back! I think it is pretty cool looking and it should fit me for a few months!

I still watch your video and I like it. I listen to you for a little while and watch you, especially when you say my name. But then, climbing and standing become my priority, since I like to practice! I am getting really good at standing on my own!

This morning after swim class, Mommy brought me home and I had a snack with Uncle Brendan. We had cheerios and bananas. Mine were crushed and the bananas were rolled in the cheerios. But, we ate the same thing! Uncle Brendan had the "Ultimate Man Spoon" and he even let me try it out! I liked it! Miss you!
